All the procedures will go through a solicitor and a legal translator to give you peace of mind with no uncertainties. We sell property at the current market price and which only have the correct legal documents in order to carry out a sale.

3. BUYING PROCEDURE (4 point plan)

Before you buy your chosen property or land, Turkish HouseHunters will check its legal documentation of the property or land to ensure it is viable for sale.

You then:

Agree a price
Pay a deposit and sign a sales contract ( 10% deposit normally required)
Obtain military approval on the property (this can take up to 12 weeks)
Pay the outstanding balance on the property either by money transfer and power of attorney OR by attending in person at the Land Registry Office.

Expences during the sales procedure are:

Solicitor & Legal translator : £250- £400
Notary (power of Attorney) : £50 approx
Mapping fee to the council : £200 approx

Title Deed expences : 1.5% of the declared property price
* Estate Agency Fee : 3% of property price
* No estate agency fee on selected properties*

After Sales Expences

Annual owners tax (The amount depends on location and type of property)
Annual council tax (The amount depends on location and type of property)
Electric and water connection (only for new properties, approx £350)
Annual maintenance charge (mostly on complexes)
Utility Bills
